Kay Richardson, COTA, is a board-certified occupational therapist
assistant, with expertise in the treatment of musculoskeletal
disorders, ergonomics, and strength conditioning. With over
nine years in the health care arena, she has worked in the
areas of: ergonomics and orthopedics, and has a special interest
in injury prevention training. As the Owner/Senior Occupational
Injury Trainer of Work Smart with Ergonomics, Inc, Kay has
been integrally involved in all aspects of project management
and corporate development including: Corporate launching of
services, developing training material and much more. |

Beyond
her professional education from Keiser College in Ft Lauderdale,
Florida, Kay has participated in ergonomic continuing education,
provided by Back School of Atlanta in Miami-Ft. Lauderdale,
Florida and Atlanta, Ga. With government and municipalities
being a focus of injury prevention and healthier workplace
training, she has recently received certifications as a
Minority-Women Business Enterprise and Woman-Owned Business
Enterprise (MWBE &WMBE) through Broward County Government
and Minority Business Enterprise (MBE) through North Broward
Hospital District.
